Return & Exchange Policy

​1. You can return & exchange all or part of your order within 14 calendar days (two weeks) from the date of receipt.

2. Contact us at info@miking.us and we will send you a the return form then send us the unused products in their original packaging, along with the return form.

 

3. Miking does not includes a prepaid mailing label to be attached to the outside of your return package before depositing it at a post office as we are not paying for the return.

4. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement it includes Aromatherapy and Perfume items.

5 If the conditions name at (2.) are met, you will receive a credit for the returned products.

6. We will not credit or refund the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in some cases as damaged products arrived due by carrier).

Standard warranty

We offer warranties of 12-month for Jewels categorized under Jewelry and High Jewelry, products made with natural diamonds, gemstones and pearls. Jewels categorized under Fashion Jewelry and Aromatherapy Jewelry are subject to a standard 6-month warranty.

Important information about your rights as a consumer: Our products include guarantees that cannot be excluded under the United States Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, serious credit refund, exchanged another product of equal or lesser value, compensation for any loss or damage reasonably foreseeable within the conditions of the guarantee. You have the right to have the goods repaired if the goods cannot be of acceptable quality.

B. MIKING offers a standard automatic guarantee from the date of purchase on all MIKING jewelry with crystals against defects in materials and / or workmanship. The warranty excludes all watches and gift items. These items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The standard warranty covers jewelry purchased at the store or through the website.

c. The costs of repairs and maintenance carried out during the standard warranty period that are not the result of defects in materials and / or workmanship must be covered by the customer. The inspection fee is US $ 25.00

d. Any defects in materials and / or workmanship that become apparent during the standard warranty or extended warranty validity period will be remedied by MIKING. The type of resource will be MIKING's choice and will be limited to repair, replacement or refund.

E. In order to claim a repair under the standard warranty the products must be returned for evaluation and accompanied by the original purchase invoice, packaging and all documentation, the legal proof of purchase applies.

F. The standard warranty does not include the following to the extent permitted by applicable law;

i. Damage caused by normal wear and tear,

ii. Damage due to misuse, accident, alteration, substitution or abuse,

iii. Repairs and alterations made by someone who is not authorized by MIKING,

iv. Theft, disappearance or loss (including loss of precious stones), and

v. Any type of aggressive use can cause damage or deterioration.

Shipping is always free to any US address. USA Each product is handled, inspected, and shipped by an expert to ensure you get the perfect jewelry at all times. Allow us 24 to 48 hours to inspect and ship your order.The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.

North America: 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

International : 3-5 business days after payment is confirm as we need to make all the proper customs documentation.
